Kununu has chosen us to receive the TOP COMPANY AWARD 2022 This means that we now belong to an exclusive circle, the top five percent of employers by popularity rating, selected by Kununu on an annual basis for its Top Company seal of approval.
Since 2015, kununu.com, Europe’s largest employer evaluation platform, has been awarding these seals of approval to companies that receive exceptional evaluations on their platform.
Criteria such as corporate culture, work-life balance and working atmosphere are assessed here.
While employee satisfaction was determined primarily by diversity, corporate culture, career & remuneration, when it came to benefits, our employees were particularly enthusiastic about flexible working hours, healthcare provisions, our company pension scheme and the company restaurant.
With an average of 4.2 evaluation stars, we scored substantially higher than the average in the mechanical engineering sector (3.5 points).
