Privacy Facebook

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). These plugins are recognizable by the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or are labelled with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and look of Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

Your browser will establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit a web page of our website that contains such a plugin. The plugin content is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. We thus have no influence on the amount of data collected by Facebook with the help of this plugin. We therefore inform you according to what we know:

The integration of the plugins delivers data on what web page you have accessed on our website to Facebook. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can link the visit to your Facebook account. Information from interactions with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or leaving a comment, is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. It is still possible for Facebook to find out and save your IP address even if you are not a member of Facebook.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of Facebook:  http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

You must log out of Facebook before visiting our website if you are a Facebook member and do not want Facebook to collect data about you visiting our website and linking such to your member data stored by Facebook.

You can also use browser add-ons to block Facebook social plugins, for example the "Facebook Blocker".

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services to the website operator that are related to website activities and internet usage. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The content of the “+1” button  is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. We therefore have no control over the amount of data collected by Google with this button, but we do assume that your IP address will be included.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your related rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please refer to Google’s privacy policy on the “+1” button: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html
