Now in stock: Substrate plate clamping system with matching accessories

The patented AMF substrate plate clamping system enables fast, precise and cost-effective post-processing of components produced by metal 3D printing.

Thanks to its modular segment design and integrated zero-point clamping technology, smaller workpieces in particular can be machined flexibly and individually.

With the 2310-250 substrate plate clamping system, AMF offers a solution for the efficient positioning and clamping of additively manufactured metal components. The individual segments can be removed together with the printed workpieces and used directly for subsequent machining in the CNC machining centre.

Reduced set-up effort thanks to defined zero-point interfaces

The screwless connection via zero-point clamping bolts ensures a quick and repeatable changeover between the individual machining processes. As the defined reference points are retained, there is no need for re-fitting or re-calibration. At the same time, the segmented design allows for good accessibility during 5-axis machining.

This reduces set-up times, simplifies post-processing and improves the cost-effectiveness of the entire process chain.

The 2310-250 substrate plate clamping system and the corresponding accessories are now available from stock.
