Counterbalance element, xyzα counterbalance
Application:
Counterbalance element to compensate for inaccuracies of the workpiece in relation to the zero-point clamping system in the XY plane and the Z-axis. The counterbalance element also has an angle compensation of ±3°. The element attaches itself by spring force and is then fastened by actuating the threaded stud. The counterbalance element is extended in the normal position. The XY compensation is locked without distortion by clamping the clamping module. The counterbalance element is mounted with an undersized pull-stud (size 10 engagement screw: M8, size 20 engagement screw: M12) and tightened with a hook spanner.
Note:
The mounting kit 6370ZMWA is available separately for installation of the pull-stud on the counterbalance element.
