Square substrate plate clamping system
Application:
Manual clamping system for the reliable positioning and fixation of substrate plates in metal 3D printing systems.
Ideal for dividing large substrate plates into several, individually removable units. This means that each component can be manufactured on a separate substrate plate and transferred directly to post-processing, including the possibility of clamping in subsequent processes.
The substrate plates are positively clamped onto the clamping system using zero-point pull-studs (size 5). This enables the seamless transfer to other zero-point clamping systems in the production process.
Features:
- Clamping system made of stainless steel
- Can accommodate substrate plates of different sizes made of various materials
- Screwless fastening via zero-point pull-studs, size 5
- Adapter plate for flexible mounting on different drilling patterns of 3D printing machine tables
- Simultaneous clamping of all clamping positions via central manual actuation
- Temperature-resistant up to 300 °C
Note:
- Installation manual and tightening torques must be observed
- Delivery includes T-handle torque tool (6 mm) for opening and closing, fastening bolts and assembly tool for easy handling of substrate plate segments
