Substrate plate set with pull-stud

Design:
Substrate plate set for use in metal 3D printing.
The set consists of a total of 25 segments – 4 segments with rounding and 21 square segments – for complete population of the substrate plate clamping system 2320-250.
All segments are equipped with a pre-assembled zero-point pull-stud (size 5) and a dowel pin.

Application:
Substrate plate set for reliable holding in the additive manufacturing process as well as for further direct use in downstream machining steps.
The set allows individual handling of individual components in combination with a zero-point clamping system size 5 in the post-processing machines.

Features:
- Wear layer: 7 mm
- Temperature-resistant up to 300 °C
