Application:
Workpiece stabilizer for versatile applications in the field of vibration damping and fixing of workpieces during machining.
Features:
Outer and inner tube made of carbon fibre and filled with high-performance concrete. Both ends are equipped with a joint that can be rotated freely in all directions and an M12 fitting. Telescopic function is possible with open clamping and by rotating the two telescopic tubes in opposite directions.
Advantage:
Reduction in vibrations on the component during machining. This results in improved tool lives and increased feed rates.
