Vertical clamp, flange design
Design:
Body from steel. External surface, nickel-plated. Clamp arm not included. One cylinder pin for fine adjustment enclosed separately. Oil supply via oil channel in fixture body. Screws in accordance with ISO 4762, strength class 12.9, slightly oiled, included in scope of supply.
Application:
The vertical clamp is especially suited for clamping fixtures in which oil is supplied through conduits drilled in the fixture body.
Features:
Can be positioned close to the workpiece. Clamping lever opens 90°, resulting in easy loading or removal of the workpieces, manually or by robots.
Note:
The insertion bevels for the seals must not have any sharp transitions. Lubricate housing for mounting. Matching clamping arm, see 6958E-XX-00-0X, 6958E-XX-00.
On request:
For the version with pneumatic monitoring, it is also possible to query whether the clamping arm is open or closed. Versions with pneumatic monitoring are available on request.
