Clamping module, flange version
Application:
Zero-point clamping system for automation solutions for set-up-time-optimised clamping during cutting and non-cutting machining. The pneumatic supply lines can be connected to the side or base using M5 threads. Moreover, the air can be supplied via the floor using the O-rings supplied as standard. The clamping module can be mounted on a plate using the 6210-15-01 centring sleeve or recessed at 3 different depths.
Note:
Locking control: Dynamic pressure with locked clamping modules, flow-through with opened clamping module.
Opening control: Dynamic pressure with opened clamping modules, flow-through with locked clamping module.
Support control: static pressure with supported interchangeable pallet, flow-through when no interchangeable pallet is in place.
The installation clamping module is opened pneumatically (1) and locked mechanically by spring force. Subsequent uncoupling of the pressure line is possible at any time (module is clamped at normal pressure).
The flange has five useable connections:
1 = Pneum. opening
3 = Pneum. blow-out and pneum. support control
4 = Pneum. opening control
5 = Vent
8 = Pneum. locking control
